About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the day-to-day HR operations of a growing company. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare and collect onboarding documents.
  • Assist new employees during their joining process.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed.

HR Administration

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Update employee information in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other documentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital HR records.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and celebrations.
  • Collect employee feedback through surveys.
  • Help create initiatives that improve employee experience.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate probation and performance review schedules.
  • Maintain performance review documentation.
  • Assist managers in tracking employee goals and feedback.

HR Operations

  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance records.
  • Assist in policy documentation and process improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

 

Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
