for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and close deals.

What You’ll Do
● Identify and reach out to potential clients in MENA, North America, and Europe
● Establish vendor partnerships and strategic alliances
● Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, networking, and referrals.
● Present and pitch Areterix’s IT services to potential clients.
● Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
● Work independently to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
✔
Proven Sales Experience – Minimum 4+ years in IT sales, ERP solutions, SaaS, or
software services.
✔
Strong Lead Generation Skills – Must know how to find and engage decision-makers.
✔
Experience in Closing Deals – Ability to handle objections and negotiate successfully.
✔
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
✔
Knowledge of Odoo (Preferred, Not Required) – Understanding ERP software is a
plus.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
Commission: Earn between 10-30% per deal (Avg. deal size: $5,000-$30,000+).
Estimated Monthly Earning Potential:
● Closing 2-3 deals per month → $3,000-$10,000+ per month in commissions.
