About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the day-to-day HR operations of a growing company. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding
- Prepare and collect onboarding documents.
- Assist new employees during their joining process.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed.
HR Administration
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Update employee information in HR systems.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital HR records.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and celebrations.
- Collect employee feedback through surveys.
- Help create initiatives that improve employee experience.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation and performance review schedules.
- Maintain performance review documentation.
- Assist managers in tracking employee goals and feedback.
HR Operations
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance records.
- Assist in policy documentation and process improvements.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
