About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant Intern who can bridge the gap between businesses and technology. This is not a data analytics role. Instead, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, document business processes, and support our technical team in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to fit client needs.

This internship is ideal for students from Business, Management, IT/ERP, Commerce, or MBA backgrounds who want to build a career in ERP consulting and digital transformation.

Must Have

Should have a Business Degree (BBA/ MBA/ M.com)
Passion for software products
Good verbal and written English
Should be a resident of Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
Document workflows, processes, and functional requirements clearly.
Assist in preparing requirement specifications and solution proposals.
Support the technical team during software configuration and customization.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
Research industry practices and suggest improvements for ERP implementations.
Provide ongoing support and issue tracking

Required Skills

Should have a Business Degree (BBA/ MBA/ M.com)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze business problems and propose process improvements.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to learn (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
Team player with a proactive approach to learning.
Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and presentation tools
