Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our project delivery team in gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and assisting in Odoo implementation projects. This is a hands-on internship that offers exposure to real-world ERP consulting and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and pain points

  • Assist in documenting business needs and preparing functional specifications

  • Support solution design using Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)

  • Participate in system configuration and testing

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure functional requirements are met

  • Assist in user training, demo preparation, and UAT coordination

  • Provide ongoing support and issue tracking


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand business processes and workflows

  • Basic understanding of Odoo or any ERP system is a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and presentation tools
